Please read these terms before using MenkyoKit. Registering or using the service constitutes acceptance.

The service

  • MenkyoKit, operated by TechNeko, is a study aid for the Japanese driving licence exams (including the foreign-licence conversion), providing courses, memory cards, mock tests, signal training and test-course maps.

Important disclaimer

  • The content is a study aid compiled from official public information. It is not legal advice and is not guaranteed to match the latest regulations or each test centre's actual practice. Always rely on official information from the National Police Agency, prefectural police and your test centre.
  • Using this service does not guarantee passing any exam.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for activity under your account; keep your credentials safe.
  • Reselling purchased content, sharing accounts, or bulk-extracting content (e.g. scraping) is prohibited.

Purchases and refunds

  • Paid content is a one-time digital purchase at the price shown on the pricing page (tax included).
  • Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are non-refundable in principle. If a serious defect prevents use, contact support@menkyokit.com and we will address it individually.

Intellectual property

  • Original content (text, illustrations, questions, UI) is owned by TechNeko. Public-domain official materials, such as Japan's traffic rules 告示, are used according to their nature.

Changes and termination

  • Features may be adjusted, suspended or discontinued. If purchased content becomes permanently unavailable due to termination, we will handle it reasonably and in good faith.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Kobe District Court has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction over disputes.
